Since launching in February 2024, The Occasionall Group has proudly delivered expert staffing to a diverse mix of events, from major stadium tours to high-profile conferences at London’s ExCeL.

In the world of sport, our teams have been active at Twickenham, managing a scrum machine for a standout brand activation. We also provided the Event Control Team for the UEFA Champions League Final at Wembley Stadium, ensuring the safe and seamless running of fan zones.

A few weeks later, we were back at Wembley and at several other iconic UK stadiums as part of the Taylor Swift Eras Tour. This landmark tour saw our teams supporting operations across the country.

We were delighted to return to two long-standing client events: Leeds Castle Classical and The London Tattoo, where we once again provided full ticketing teams. Our work in live entertainment also included concerts for artists such as The Darkness, MIKA and JLS.

At conferences, we’ve had a consistent presence at ExCeL, kicking off with the AWS Summit and supporting numerous events since. While Festivall Staff have been out managing silent discos at festivals, our corporate teams have been on hand to run headset distribution and delegate experience at conventions like Reply Xchange.

Our Brand Ambassadors have represented household names including Coca-Cola and El Jimador, bringing energy and expertise to nationwide activations. We've also supplied discreet, professional staff to private events and brand engagements in venues ranging from office buildings to Westminster Abbey.
