With an ever-expanding pool of staff conveniently located throughout the country, from Kiltarlity to Kent and from Swansea to Southend, we can provide anywhere from 1 to 100+ staff members at any time. Our leadership teams bring years of practical experience from their work at some of the UK’s largest events.
What We do
Kent Event Services
Kent Event Services began as a platform for self-employed and freelance event managers, like Josh, to provide event services to public and private clients at competitive and reasonable prices.
The business began in 2017 and has grown year on year with more clients and events annually, resulting in over 100 PAYE and freelance staff working for the business by the end of 2018.
In 2019, Kent Event Services focused on building their client base by honing in on their expertise in event operations and staffing, with vast experience in production and ticketing. 2020 was the biggest year that never was for the business, but 2021 saw KES return with a bang providing more staff and services than ever before. This accelerated growth laid the foundations for Festivall Services.
Festivall Services
The conception of Festivall Services saw the focus shift to the expansion into events nationwide. We ventured into Wales and Scotland for the first time and saw the start of a range of relationships with new clients and partnerships such as NOWIE, The Event Crowd and ESSA. This growth resulted in the internal full-time team growing from 2 to 7 and our overall extended database growing to almost 1000. As more corporate opportunities arose we attracted experienced professionals and were able to offer a higher quality and a more varied workforce. With the success of The Podcast Show, The Festival Awards, Coca Cola Brand Ambassadors and more we felt it was necessary to expand into two staffing agencies, Festivall Staff and Occasionall Staff all under one umbrella, the Occasionall Group.
Our History
Our Values
-
Staff Welfare always has and always will be top of the Occasionall agenda. That’s why for every 3 hours our staff work, they accrue 15 minutes of break time. We’re also proud to say that all of our full time team are now Mental Health First Aiders.
-
Being green has always been close to our heart; both internally and externally. That’s why we offset our company emissions by planting a tree for every member of the Festivall team. We also aim to recruit for our events locally to ensure that travel is reduced as much as possible.
-
We know that money is a motivation for our staff so we’ve paid the Living Wage since we started. It is our belief that a team with higher quality remuneration are in a position to provide an even better experience to our clients.
