Our event staff can be supplied to meet a wide variety of needs including Gate (Scan/Wristband) and Box Office Assistants, Accreditation Assistants, Customer Service Stewards, Visitor Experience Staff, Info, Lost Property, and Merchandise Assistants, Event Runners and Assistants, Fire Marshals, Accessibility Ambassadors, Brand Ambassadors, and VIP Hosting to name but a few!
We can provide large teams of festival staff as well as smaller teams of event assistants for intimate events.

There’s a high chance that you may have seen our green hi-vis’ in a field or at an event somewhere since Festivall Staff launched in 2021. From managing the gates at Boardmasters to running the campsites at Wales’ biggest festival In It Together, we do it all.
We have successfully managed Gigantic’s on-site operations from day one, at both festivals and festive light trails. Alongside Kilimanjaro and UK Live on their Let’s Rock series, we supplied the entire gate team; the same goes for Black Deer and We Are FSTVL, where we have provided a large team several years in a row. Junction 2 utilised our staff for their sustainability team, whilst we exceeded 100 staff in a variety of roles for Brighton Pride.
